How can I track my work time?

Worktime is tracked in blocks with a from and a to timestamp. From that the duration of the work block is calculated. In addition every work block needs to be assigned to a project.

Can I work on multiple projects?

Yes. You can configure multiple customers and for each customer multiple projects.

Some rows are separated by a line. What does that mean?

When tracking your time with from and to timestamps you can have gaps in between two rows. Those gaps are marked by a line. This can be used as a marker for breaks.

What are labels?

Labels are an additional feature you can use if you want to further differentiate individual bookings within one project or over multiple projects/customers. This is a very flexible feature for an additional analysis of your tracked time.

Can I generate invoices?

Yes, you can generate and export Word file invoices with all your bookings and customer information filled in.

Can I customize invoices?

Yes, we use a sophisticated template engine to fill your invoice template with data. You can use the default template or customize the invoice template for every client.
